2. Products & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions (Honey, Pickles, etc.). However, as these are natural products, slight variations in color and texture are normal.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability on platforms like Blinkit/Instamart or our direct store.

3. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: We require 100% upfront payment for all direct orders.

  • Processing: Dispatch will only be scheduled once the full payment is confirmed and credited to our account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Logistics: We use third-party partners (e.g., Shiprocket) for delivery.

  • Timelines: While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Perishables: Since our products are food items, please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid spoilage due to RTO (Return to Origin).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Food Safety: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

  • Damages: If you receive a damaged jar (e.g., broken glass), please share an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our products (Himalayan Forest Honey, Honey Amla, etc.) are natural food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Please consult a doctor if you have specific allergies or medical conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
